AMERICAN ORIENT EXPRESS "BEST OF THE CANADIAN ROCKIES"

Dear Sylvia,

Thank you for all your efforts planning our “Best of the Canadian Rockies” on the American Orient Express train. We had a fantastic time. The worst thing that happened was when the waiter failed to put the butter knife on our bread plate! We had such a good laugh when we realized how spoiled we had become.

The hotel suites at the Banff Springs (where bagpipers were playing as we arrived) and the Chateau Whistler were fantastic! Having a Concierge Gold suite isn’t shabby at all. The food, service, tours, people and the country were all incredible. We saw deer, elk, and three black bear cubs eating berries with Mom!

We can’t believe we walked on a glacier in the rain and actually paid to do it!

We plan to take more AOE train trips in the future, possibly with folks we met on this trip.

PS: In spite of all the food, we both lost a couple of pounds!
